Even with the help of my wife's worst nags, I'm the kind of person who can never give up sweets or evening drinks. Let me tell you about how I was able to overcome diabetes in only three months.

If you want to know how I was able to do this, please read on.

First, let's consider some of the problems people have adopting a healthier lifestyle.

It's hard to go on a diet.

 I can't drink anymore.

 I have to exercise everyday.

No matter how careful I am about counting calories and lowering my blood sugar, as soon as I eat something I love, I lose all the progress I've made.

My hospital bills are piling up and going to the hospital is such a pain.

Most people with these health problems have the same complaints.

   Don't you feel the same?

What if I told you that it was possible to lower your blood sugar without going on a diet, giving up alcohol, exercising or going to the hospital?

What would you do if this were true?

It may sound like a dream, but the truth is that I have found a way!

Here's some mail from people who have followed my new method.

I'm writing to express my deep appreciation.

I suffered from diabetes and had to go to the hospital frequently.

My son found your home page and I decided to give you method a try.
Paul , 63years old

In all honesty, I did not believe that I could get better with such a simple method, but I had reached the point where I was ready to grasp at straws.

After about two months had passed, I went to the hospital for a regular exam, and my doctor surprised me by asking what had happened to me.

He himself was surprised at how low my blood sugar had gone. I'm so happy about my new life, and I can even have a drink once in a while.

I really appreciate everything you've done for me.

To tell the truth, it is so easy to get over diabetes with this method that you might be disappointed once I tell you what it is.

Overcoming diabetes is easy? You must be thinking, "No Way! The doctor at the hospital told me that even if I was able to stop its progression, diabetes is an incurable disease."

It may be commonly held knowledge that diabetes is incurable, but there is nothing common about the method I am talking about, and in fact it might be so unorthodox that you might be wondering if it has any beneficial effects on diabetes.

It's the kind of method that make's you wonder if it's at all true.

And of course, not even doctors know about it.

Presently 132 people have implemented my method and have been able to overcome diabetes in about two to three months.

As soon as I encountered this new method, I began wondering why I had to go through so much trouble before to be healthy.

I'm so happy now that I'm able to drink alcohol.

I used to be so miserable.

Nice to meet you. My name is Keisei Andou and I manage this website.

I'm going to tell you my story, both the positive and the negative.

I have always liked sweets and alcohol. I used to have 7 or 8 drinks a day, eat cake or some other dessert after every meal, and always have a midnight snack before bed.

In spite of how much I ate and drank I was able stay the same weight I was in high school.

I guess I lived like this for about 10 years or so.

Two years ago I began to feel sluggish and tired all the time, and even though I was only doing deskwork I began to get thirsty more often. This had never happened to me before.

A friend told me something I had never expected…

When I told a friend about how I was feeling, he told me I might have diabetes.

Me: That could never happen to me.

Friend: Well, it sounds a lot like the symptoms my uncle had before he was diagnosed with diabetes.

Me: Don't only fat people get diabetes?

Friend: Not really. I heard that skinny people with a lot of fat around their organs can get diabetes too.

I started to get a little worried and my friend recommended I go to the hospital for an exam.

It turned out that just like my friend said, I had a lot of fat around my organs, and I had contracted diabetes.

My doctor told me to limit my food to 1,600 calories a day, start exercising, and, of course, he forbade alcohol.

  I was so shocked!

I would have to completely change my lifestyle, and not matter how much I hated this fact, there was nothing I could do to change it.

I kept up my old lifestyle for a while, and then I decided that I would have to get better.

I went on a diet, gave up alcohol, and started exercising.

After four months on this regimen, I went back to the hospital for a check up.

Doctor: Your blood sugar level has gone down a lot.

Me: Can I start drinking again?

  Doctor: Are you crazy?

Me: Why not? Hasn't my blood sugar level gone down?

Doctor: Diabetes is incurable. You're going to have to keep up your regimen for the rest of your life.

At that time I didn't take diabetes seriously and thought having a few drinks would be fine.

I still exercised, but not as much. I started drinking alcohol again, and went back to my old eating habits.

Doctor: You'd better get serious and give up drinking.

Me: All right, but can I at least have a drink once in a while?

Doctor: Yes, if you want to get your legs amputated or even die young.

  I was speechless.

For the first time I had realized the gravity of my situation.

I could no longer relax with a few drinks.

It didn't feel like I'd be truly living if I had to eat bland, tasteless food for the rest of my life.

Days wasted fighting with my wife

I kept drinking, even though my doctor had told me to quit.

I seriously thought I'd rather be dead than give up drinking.

I refused to quit, even though my wife and father begged me to.
  Rather, I couldn't quit.

Even though I realize now that she was only worried about me, there were days when I yelled at her and blamed her for my situation.

Me: It's your fault I'm sick. You never cooked healthy meals.

Wife: You really think it's my fault?

  Me: You're horrible!

Wife: What should I do now? What should I do? (All the while crying as she says this.)

We had just had a baby, and it seemed to me that the baby was crying because she knew what was going on.

Even though I didn't want things to be like this, with me always passing the blame onto my wife and arguing with her, and even though I wanted to get along with her, I couldn't control myself.

Every time it happened, I'd start to think that she would leave me if things kept going the way they were

Inside, I felt so sorry for my wife and our newborn child.

I couldn't do my daily work because I was so preoccupied with diabetes.

I about to give up on my life, and then I found a new way.

Something happened which saved me from myself.

It rescued me at such a troubled time in my life.

I feel chills to think what would have happened to me if I hadn't talked to a business associate I'd known for the last several years.

When he first suggested I try this new method, I seriously thought he was making fun of me, because I couldn't believe that something so simple would have any effect. Also, it was so familiar to me that there was nothing particularly novel or revolutionary about it.

Honestly, I was pretty doubtful at first.

The treatment he described must be done everyday, but the whole thing takes only about 15 seconds.

 Can you believe that?

I decided to trust my partner and give it a try.

I guess it took about two months to start working.

When I went in for an exam at the hospital, my doctor surprised me by declaring, "You've gotten a lot better since last time you were here. I knew you could do it if you tried!"

One month after that, my blood sugar levels went down and stayed down.

As soon as my exam was over I did something: I called my wife on the phone.

  Wife: How was your exam?

Me: I've gotten a lot better. I choked up and started to cry.

Wife: That's so wonderful! As soon as I heard my wife say this, I couldn't stop the tears from falling.

Thinking about my wife, who told me, "That's so wonderful" after I had said such terrible things to her, brings tears to my eyes.

I thought about those times we fought. My sickness was not just mine, but it was something that impacted my whole family. I realized that my family were the only ones who would ever bother to worry so much about me, and I truly appreciate my wife from the bottom of my heart for never abandoning me and supporting me through the length of my sickness.

Before I got sick, I never realized how happy I could be simply from having my health.

That's why I would like to help people who suffer from the same sickness.

Diabetes is not an incurable disease.

You CAN overcome it.

Later, I did some research on my own about this method works and how it helps diabetics. It turns out that it returns the pancreas to the normal functions of a healthy individual.
